Tomb Raider Retrospective - 3
Core Design had been having a hard time getting things right for the new wave of consoles at the time. Several of their titles PS 2 titles sold poorly, and it appears that Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness was just the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back. Now, the Tomb Raider IP had already started its decline at this point. Chronicles did okay, sales-wise, but it had a number of game-breaking bugs which left gamers frustrated. With that in mind, the reviews weren’t exactly glowing.

Call of Duty: Ghosts (2013)
So, I've reviewed a handful of Call of Duty titles by now, and I've had a great time doing it. World at War was a dark, grim portrayal of WWII that was really good. Black Ops was a Cold War thrill and the Modern Warfare trilogy was an action-movie extravaganza.

The Spirit of Giving: A Warlock for the Far North
Ivan smirked. The barbarian punched him and he barely felt it. He punched him back, sending him back a good five feet. The barbarian charged, but Ivan twinkled his nose, disappearing in a puff of smoke and appearing behind him, looking a little more refreshed. He then hit the barbarian with a club he had himself made, with a lovely grip and a large clobbering end. The barbarian fell to the ground and didn’t get up. Ivan walked outside to a waiting sled, pulled by four glowing reindeer. “Tell him this is my region, but I’d love to drink with him!” Getting into the sleigh, he jerked the reins and flew off into the night.

U4gm Riding the Chaos: Experiencing Hurricane Mode in ARC Raiders
When ARC Raiders dropped the Shrouded Sky update, I was ready for new enemies, a few map tweaks, and maybe some flashy visuals. What I wasn’t ready for was nature itself fighting back. Hurricane Mode isn’t just another weather effect—it’s a mechanic that completely transforms the way you approach every mission, every fight, and every PvP encounter.
