The ocean and my little friend

The sound of the waves crash my body moving with the tides the current is then taking over. As I let my body relax in the water and I gradually take a deep breath back up to the surface the water is then taking control of my body moving me further away from reality. As I’m swimming I feel such love and peace in the water as I move further away, I keep feeling the movement of the waves crashing down on me.

I see a dolphin a few feet away as it’s coming towards me I can tell it wants to play and take me for a little ride. so I reach for its fin and next thing I know I’m giggling from so much joy and laughter playing with this cute creature in the water that feels so safe and fun to be around. I never want this moment to end.

The ocean is one of my safe places I don’t go there enough but when I do I feel alive and have so much joy. Is there anything that makes you so happy or at peace?
